Your Tasks

  • Play a key role in our efforts to achieve our diversity targets globally, embrace diversity and create an environment where all colleagues feel included – as a member of our global D&I team as well as the regional HR team in Continental Europe, you will support us in implementing our people strategy and our global diversity targets and commitments
  • Lead the development and implementation of projects within our key target areas – gender, LGBTQ+, social mobility, race and ethnicity and disability – to further the Firm’s diversity & inclusion strategy across all offices in Continental Europe
  • Support the region in achieving our diversity targets by driving efforts on how to embed diversity & inclusion in our HR processes, using data and insights to evolve our efforts and providing reporting and insights for internal and external communications
  • Focus on the development of internal engagement programmes that promote an inclusive culture across the firm collaborating with our employee networks, leaders and colleagues to make a measurable impact
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key professional bodies, charities and external consultants across Continental Europe
  • Represent the Firm at external events, forums and working groups

Your Profile

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • At least 4 years experience working within a diversity & inclusion role or significant expertise in an equivalent position
  • Ability to build working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and to work effectively with colleagues in different teams, countries and regions
  • Proficient IT skills, especially a numerical ability and advanced skills in data analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Highly organised and resilient personality
