As a member of our pitch team you support lawyers in our European offices to deliver attractive proposals for legal services projects to clients in competitive bidding situations.

Your Tasks

• Collaborating with the project leader in creating client tailored contents for high-quality proposal documents and presentations
• Maintain databases of credentials and other relevant content and provide the same for proposals
• Create new templates and revising standard templates to specific client requirements
• Follow-up on the proposal process and deriving best practices
• Prepare activity reports for internal stakeholders

Your Profile

• A degree – preferably with a focus on international business, communication or marketing – or relevant experience in the field of proposal/bid management
• Excellent English and German in speaking and writing
• Ability to learn new topics quickly and deliver high-quality results while handling several projects at the same time
• High level of social competence and service orientation
