Litigator

As a fully qualified lawyer, you have the opportunity to start your career in our new Dispute Resolution practice unit.

Careers/Unit/Litigator

Our Dispute Resolution practice unit offers a new, innovative litigation service for representing our clients in mass action proceedings in Germany. It adds a further building block to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s market-leading portfolio in the field of dispute resolution.

With this new unit, we guarantee tailor-made legal representation of our clients throughout Germany. In this way, we are responding to their growing demand for management and support of complex, mass litigation proceedings from a single source, relying on our talent, training and technology:

Talent
Our litigators are dedicated lawyers who are generally at the beginning of their legal careers. They represent our clients before the German civil courts and directly apply the knowledge they have acquired during their studies and traineeship in a practical setting. We look for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in litigation who want to develop both personally and professionally, and build up their own profiles as lawyers.

Training
All litigators take part in our specially tailored, internal training programme. We provide various modules in the areas of “Litigation Skills”, “Legal Professional Practice” and “Soft Skills” for our litigators to develop their professional and personal skills.

Tech
We work with innovative legal tech products that we continuously improve and develop. This is how we are driving forward the legal work of the future.
